Information we process

• Your email address when you use a verification code, Google sign-in, paid access, or contact support.
• Portraits, masks, custom library photos, prepared mosaic tiles, generated mosaics, and generation settings.
• Access and payment identifiers, plan, amount, currency, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Mosaixgen.
• A shortened, one-way version of network and browser identifiers, plus browser type and session timestamps, for security and access control.
• Page interaction data collected on public pages by Yandex Metrica, including session replay, plus your cookie-notice acknowledgement.

Why we use it

• To verify access, prevent trial abuse, take payment, create and deliver mosaics, and provide support.
• To keep the service secure, diagnose failures, enforce storage limits, and recover from incidents.
• To understand how visitors use the public website and improve its content and operation.

Service providers

Data may be processed by the hosting and backup provider, Google when you choose Google sign-in, Lemon Squeezy for checkout, the configured email provider, Cloudflare for bot protection, and Yandex for website analytics. Each provider applies its own privacy terms.

Retention

• Trial generation files are normally removed after 24 hours and paid generation files after 14 days.
• Original custom-library uploads are removed after preparation. Prepared libraries are removed when you clear them, after an approved deletion request, or when their associated inactive storage expires.
• Verification codes expire after 15 minutes. Temporary upload sessions expire after 24 hours. Manual access links and development email outbox files are removed on their configured seven-day schedules.
• Trial entitlement data stays with the account because trial access has no expiry; you can contact support to request deletion.
• Completed payment and webhook records are minimized and retained for up to 180 days for accounting, fraud handling, and disputes. Account deletion removes or anonymizes their direct identifiers.

Your choices and rights

• Use Account to clear your custom photo library when you no longer need it.
• The Accept cookies button records that you have seen the cookie notice; the analytics used by the public website are described in the Cookie notice.
• Contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another privacy request available under the law that applies to you.

Security and contact

Mosaixgen uses encrypted connections, signed access cookies, restricted administrative access, one-way identifiers, isolated storage, monitoring, and encrypted backups. No online service can promise absolute security.
