The service

Mosaixgen provides tools that transform a portrait and a library of pictures into a photo mosaic. Features, limits, processing time, and availability can vary by plan and system load.

Your access

• Keep access links, email codes, and signed-in devices private.
• Do not bypass plan limits, security controls, rate limits, or payment checks.
• Trial access is for evaluation and may include a watermark and lower output limits.

Your images and instructions

• You keep ownership of content you upload and results created for you.
• You give Mosaixgen a limited permission to store, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and support the service.
• You must have the right to use every image you upload and must not upload unlawful, abusive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material.

Payments

Prices, access duration, and output limits are shown before checkout. Payment is handled by the listed provider. Taxes and billing documents may be handled by that provider. The separate Refund policy applies.

Availability and results

Image generation is computational and may fail or take longer than expected. Preview appearance can differ between screens and print. You should review a result before relying on it for printing or other important use.

Suspension and ending access

Access may be limited or ended to protect the service, respond to unlawful use, enforce these terms, or meet a legal obligation. You may contact support to make a privacy or deletion request.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available and indirect or unforeseeable losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
